In this 3-week telecourse you will learn how to:

- Construct a formula for dealing with a client’s anxiety over issues like your pricing, the time it will take to meet her objectives, her eschewed self-image, self-sabotage and more
- Outline key phrases to use in effective communication with your client.
- Create a plan for preserving your relationship with your client so she won’t forget you.
- Perform each appointment at the highest level of professionalism using simple communication tools and techniques.
- Practice setting expectations for successful appointments.
- Create a marketing strategy that ensures your client will be thinking of you.
Length of Workshop, 3 weeks
This workshop is offered in a telecourse setting with instructor, Brenda Kinsel, AICI CIP. You will join your fellow students on a telephone bridge line from your home, studio or office.
To Earn .3 AICI CEU Credits
You are eligible to earn .3 AICI CEU credits for this telecourse. To receive these credits, you will be asked to complete an end-of-course evaluation and list how you will apply the learning in your business. You will be asked to identify which of the 4 Keys you will focus attention on in order to improve client relations and client communication.
