In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to:

  • Outline five conditions that need to be present in order to have an on-going working relationship with your client.

  • Practice using questions that will help you discover the client's problems, pressures, and insecurities and get permission from her to solve them.

  • Perform each appointment at the highest level of professionalism using simple communication tools and techniques.

  • Practice setting expectations for successful appointments.

  • Construct a “reassuring” formula for dealing with a client's anxiety over issues like your pricing, the time it will take to meet her objectives, her eschewed self-image, self-sabotage and more

  • Create a plan for preserving your relationship with your client so she won't forget you.

To Earn .3 AICI CEU Credits

You are eligible to earn .3 AICI CEU credits for this three-hour course. To receive these credits, you will be asked to complete an end-of-course evaluation and list how you will apply the learning in your business. You will be asked to identify which of the 4 Keys you will focus attention on in order to improve client relations and client communication.

About the Instructor

Brenda Kinsel, AICI CIP, is a 26-year veteran of the image industry.
