Class format
All calls are at 5 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time/ 8 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and are recorded for repeat listening. You don't have to be on the live call, but it is recommended. (Please note: if you are earning CEUs for this course, you do need to be on the calls.) If you're in Australia or New Zealand please check your time zone as class times will be the following morning. For example August 9th class will be August 10th at 10:00 a.m. in Sydney; 8:00 a.m. in Perth.
Never been on a teleseminar before?

To Earn .7 AICI CEU Credits
You are eligible to earn .7 AICI CEU credits for this course. To receive those credits, you will be asked to complete an end of course evaluation and list what you’ve learned to do as a result of the course (learning outcomes). At the course completion you will be asked to submit to the instructor a sample of your interview questions, your list of client benefits (to be used in your marketing materials) and your pre-appointment professional checklist. You are required to attend at least 5 out of 6 classes. If you miss a class, you must submit a summary of that class (after listening to the recording) in order to receve the CEUs.
